On my frequent visits to Earth I find that the word “power” is used more negatively instead of positively. You refer to a “powerful enemy”; a politician with “powerful friends”; a “powerful executive”, on and on – rarely do you use the word power in a friendly way. On Earth, power is feared. And please note, that is not a criticism, it is merely an observation.

Here on M-326 we only use the word power as it relates to the Founder. We do not fear that power in any way and we are not in awe of that power. We simply recognize and honor it for what it is – that it created us and sustains us. However, more on how it sustains at a later time.

I wish to refer to the word power in an attempt to answer another question that has been sent to me: “Does the Universal Consciousness (our Founder) control destiny and/or have a plan for the Universe and its inhabitants?”

In answer, I say that we do not feel that the Founder controls destiny nor has any type of plan for us. We believe that the Founder could have imagined such a plan of destiny, yes, but the fact that the Founder gave each soul free will automatically negates such control How is it possible to have free will if, as you say on Earth, “the cards are stacked against you?” How can we have free will if we are only pawns in a Universal chess game?

We look on the Founder with honor and with love – for that, we feel, is how the Founder imagined and created us. Because of free will we are the ones who control our own destiny – not the Founder.

Next to love, free will is the greatest gift of all – a gift that will not be taken from us, for it was with love that it was given.
